CATHY OVERBY, 64, a resident of Questa, passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 surrounded by her loved ones. She was preceded in death by her father, Norbert Garcia; brother, Joe “Sonny” Garcia. She is survived by her husband, Tom; children, Damian and wife Victoria, Manuel and wife Joslyn; grandchildren, Mark, Clarissa and husband Ferris and Deanna, Great-grandchildren, Hayden, Kaylee, Aaliyah; mother, Ermelinda Garcia; sisters, JoAnn, Arlene (Dave), Yolanda (Dario), Audrey (Julian), Yvette (Paul), and Yvonne (James); brother, Michael (Shannon); and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
