Catalina "Katy" Age - 80 - Jacona Ortiz

Catalina "Katy" Ortiz, 80, a resident of Jacona passed away on Sunday, February 5, 2012. She was born on October 24, 1931. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Rosabel Lujan; sister, Cornelia Gonzales; brother, Gilbert Lujan; sons: Manny and Lloyd Ortiz; daughter-in-law, Dixie Ortiz; grandson, Steven Ortiz; great-grandson, Jesus Rios. Katy is survived by daughters: Charlene Maltese, Annette Sanchez and Sylvia Ortiz; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother/sisters: Arsenio Lujan, Mary Diaz and Margie Warner; numerous other loving relatives & friends. Public visitation will be on Sunday, February 12, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to follow at 5:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque with burial to follow at Pojoaque Cemetery.
