Carole Gutierrez

CAROLE M. GUTIERREZ, beloved mother and grandmother, age 81, a resident of Chili, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose G. Gutierrez; daughter, Rosita V. Gutierrez; son, Ramon Gutierrez; grandchildren, Carole D. Gutierrez and R.J. “Buster” Gutierrez. She was a proud Veteran of the U.S. Army and also a proud mother and grandmother. She loved her children and her grandchildren dearly. She was a well-known loving person in the community. Mrs. Gutierrez is survived by her daughter, Juanita G. Booher (Keenan); grandchildren, Ian and Lucas Booher, Jonathan, Joseph, Lucia and Anthony Garcia; great-grandson, Nathaniel Joshua Gutierrez; sisters, Janice Washington (Austin), and Patricia White; brother, Patrick Keels and numerous other relatives and friends whom she loved dearly. A memorial service will be celebrated on Sunday, August 4, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will take place on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 9:45 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be, Keenan Booher, Joshua Gutierrez, Sammy Romero and Chester Davis, honorary pallbearers are  Ian, and Lucas Booher, The family of Carole M.
