Carol - Age 79 - Los Alamos England

CAROL ELIZABETH (ODELL) ENGLAND, 79, a resident of Los Alamos, died on Tuesday, October 12, 2010. She was born March 22, 1931 in Roosevelt, New York. Wonderful mother of four daughters, Carol worked as an administrative assistant for Gen Bank at Los Alamos National Laboratory. She was active in Friends of the Library. She loved flowers and was a Master Gardener. Well traveled, Carol visited over 20 countries. She was a talented painter and enjoyed dancing. Carol was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Talmadge Ray England. Mrs. England is survived by her daughters, Cheryl England-Czyzewski and husband Michael, Deborah Ana England and husband Steven Finke, Rebecca England, Rhonda McInroy and husband Bob; grandchildren, Stephen, Nicole, Angela, Emily and Jordan; great-granddaughter, Ariana; sisters, Claire, Muriel, Joyce and Shirley. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Unitarian Church, located at 1738 N. Sage in Los Alamos. The Carol Elizabeth (Odell) England family has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
