Candido Trujillo

ROBERT CANDIDO (CANDY) TRUJILLO, 74, a resident of El Duende, passed away of on Saturday, May 28, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife Beverly Maria Trujillo; parents, Jose Lorenzo and Josefina Trujillo; siblings, Phillpito, Arturo, Lorenzo, Henry, and Joe Trujillo and Lucrecia Bustos. His barbering business brought together many friends. He was very passionate at what he did. He had a love for green chili. Candido enjoyed boxing and fishing. He was a true servant of the community, our memories of him will live forever. Candido was an all-state basketball player and loved to garden. Robert is survived by his sons, Candido Trujillo Jr., Johnny C. Trujillo (Michelle), Ruben Trujillo; grandchildren, Cassandra Trujillo, Johnny Trujillo Jr. and Matthew Trujillo, great-grandchildren, Analeigh Vigil; sister, Jenny Chavez; sisters-in-law, Isabel Trujillo, Virginia Romero (Fermin), Rose Trujillo, brother-in-law, Horacio Bustos, and many cousins, nieces, nephews, God-children, uncles, aunts and many friends. The Trujillo family would like to thank all who were able to make a donation to help with funeral expenses. A memorial mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Jose Catholic Church in Hernandez with a burial to follow at the San Jose Catholic Cemetery.
