Brian - Age 43 - Chimayo - Salazar

\r\nBRIAN SALAZAR, 43, a resident of Chimayo, passed away on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Dionicio and Carmelita Trujillo; paternal grandparents, Reuben and Ruth Salazar. Brian was a family man who loved his family unconditionally. He had a heart of gold who brought a lot of joy to the lives of his family and was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Mr. Salazar is survived by his son, James Salazar; parents, George and Consuelo Salazar; brother, Randy Salazar; sister, Yvonne Gibson; nephew, Aaron Gibson; niece, Kimberly Sandoval; great-nieces, Sarina and Leah Sandoval; close aunts, Irene and Eloyda Trujillo, Sarabel and husband Don Bryson, plus numerous aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial will be held at a later date. The family of Brian Salazar has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.\r\n
