4 day old, Blaise C. Lopez, a resident of Espanola passed away on Monday, April 12, 2010. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Constance Lopez. Blaise is survived by his parents, Jonathan Lopez and Megan Montoya of Espanola; maternal grandparents, Joel & Johnna Montoya of White Rock; paternal grandmother, Sandra Lopez of Santa Cruz; uncles, Travis Smith of Santa Cruz, Jonathan Montoya and wife Liz of Espanola and Francisco Montoya of White Rock; 1st cousin, Joel Montoya of Espanola; paternal great-grandfather, Jose A Lopez of Cuarteles; maternal great-grandmother, Carol Hite of La Madera; paternal great-grandmother, Nestorita Montoya of Ojo Caliente; godfather, Santiago Lopez of Albuquerque and numerous other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Pallbearers named are, Travis Smith, Jonathan Montoya, Francisco Montoya and Santiago Lopez. The family of Blaise C.
