Billy James Devargas, 52, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 21, 2015 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Patrocinio and Amada Romero, paternal grandmother, Alexandrina Devargas; nephew, Arthur (Tonk) Duran; cousin, Isaiah Apodaca; uncles, Freddie and Urban Devargas. He is survived by his son, James; parents, Luggie and David Romero, Abel Jr. and Olivia Devargas; grandfather, Abel Devargas Sr.; sisters, Beverly, Kathy and husband Carl, Brenda, and Tanya, brothers, Able Devargas III, Dennis and Daniel Romero and numerous nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends. Funeral services have taken place.
