Bernie Apodaca

BERNIE V. (BERNADITA) APODACA, 81, a resident of Hernandez, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel R. Apodaca; daughter, Veronica J. Martinez; brother, Emilio G. Vigil. Bernie is survived by her children, Alfred M. Apodaca and companion Martha Torrez, Ruby J. Martinez and husband Floyd, grandchildren, Daisy Trujillo, Lily Martinez, Ashley Martinez, Nadine Martinez and Holly Martinez; great-grandchildren, Dominique Trujillo, Michael Trujillo III, Gabriela Trujillo, great-great-grandchildren, Orian Trujillo and Delilah Trujillo; sister, Teresita Vigil, brother, Antonio Vigil; longtime friend, Angie Salazar and many other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Jose Catholic Church in Hernandez. Burial to follow at the San Jose Catholic Cemetery. The family of Bernie V. (Bernadita) Apodaca has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
