APRIL J. MAESTAS, 34, a resident of Canjilon, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016. She was preceded in death by many loving relatives. Ms. Maestas is survived by her daughter, Nevaeh; mother, Theresa Montaño; father, Brooks; brother, Estevan Maestas; grandmother, Sally Montaño; aunts and uncles, Mary Jane Maestas, Martha Montoya, Veronica Lopez, Lola Lopez, Jose Montaño, Ronnie Chavez, Lela Maestas, Teddie Valdez, and Porfie Maestas and many other relatives and friends. No services will be held at this time. The family of April J. Maestas has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
