Antonio Ruben Vigil, 84, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2011 at his home in Hernandez, NM. He died of natural causes. He was preceded in death by his father, Jose Daniel Vigil; mother, Maria Martinez Vigil; brother, Jose “Jody” Vigil; son, Steven Vigil; daughter, Carolyn Vigil. Her is survived by his son, Anthony Vigil and wife Mary; daughter, Cynthia Gallegos and husband Ubaldo, and son Alan Vigil. He is also survived by his sisters: Viola Duhamel, Florence Maestas ans husband Richard, Anabelle Fernandez, Angie Bustos and husband Felix; grandchildren: Elena Yepez, Travis Vigil, Stephen Vigil, Jonathan Gallegos, Janice Gallegos, Selina Vigil, Nichole Vigil, Joey Vigil, Olivia Vigil, and Christopher Vigil-Rojo; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Rosary will be recited on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace at DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with Celebration of Life to follow.
