Annie - Los Alamos Segura

Annie R. Segura, a resident of Los Alamos, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013 at her granddaughter’s home in Colorado Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Bernie Segura, parents; Isifredo and Eloisa Romero, brothers, Cruz, Ben, and Gilbert, sisters, Ramona, Josefa, Lucy, Bernadette (Nalda) and Helen. Annie was born in Durango Colorado, and grew up in Santa Cruz NM. Annie is survived by her only son Pressiliano (Pres) Garcia and wife Marie, granddaughter, Anna Marie Poskey and husband Dan, great-grandchildren, Kristopher Austin, Miranda Dane, Elizabeth, Caleb, and Savanna Joy, step-great-grandchildren, Brenda, Jo, Joseph, Jeanelle, and Derek, and numerous other relatives and friends. A rosary will be recited on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Los Alamos; mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, October 5, 2013 at 9:30 a.m. with a burial to follow at Guaje Pine cemetery in Los Alamos. Serving as pallbearers will be Dan Poskey, David Montoya, Ray Lopez, Kenny Gonzales, Orlando Lucero, and Joseph Martinez, honory pallbearers are Caleb Poskey, and Derek Garcia. The family of Annie Segura have entrusted their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
