Annette "Lady Bug" - Age 40 - Santa Griego

Annette “Lady Bug” Griego – Age 40, a resident of Santa Fe originally of Dixon went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, February 6, 2011. Annette loved to crochet having made her family members special blankets. She loved to cook and the outdoors & spending time with family and friends. She had a big heart and there was never a dull moment with her. She will be dearly missed. . She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenny Griego; father, Leonel Sanchez; brother, Rudy Sanchez & numerous other loving relatives. Annette is survived by her daughters: Anjanette Griego and MaegenLynn of Dixon; mother, Margaret Sanchez, step-father Bobby Martinez both of Apodaca; brother, Leonel Sanchez of Dixon; sister, Carrie Griego and husband Randy of Dixon; special god daughter/niece, LeorrieAnn Atencio of Dixon; Other special nieces/nephews: Vanessa Pacheco, D.J. Atencio, Matthew Griego and Leo Trujillo all of Dixon; paternal grandmother, Anita M. Sanchez of Española; companion, Erminio D. Duran of Peñasco; father & mother-in-law, Gilbert & Maggie Griego of Dixon; Brother-in-law; David Griego of Dixon; god-mother, Bennie Suazo of Dixon; special uncle/aunt, Manuel & Loren Sanchez of Santa Fe; numerous loving uncles & aunts, cousins, relatives and friends. Cremation is being planned. A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Dixon with burial to follow at Dixon Catholic Cemetery.
