Angie Maria Ulibarri

Angie Ulibarri, beloved mother, grandma, great-grandma, mother-in-law, and special aunt, gained her angel wings on December 19, 2023.

Angie is preceded in death by her parents Juan and Maria Anastacia Duran, husband Patricio Ulibarri Sr., grandson Phillip Martinez, sisters Maria Quintana and Irene Duran, brothers Tony Duran, Willie Duran, Juan Duran Jr., special nephews raised like sons Dennis Garcia and Joe Duran, nephew Tony Zamora, niece Annabelle Medina, grand-daughter Norma Barela, nephews Andy Garcia and Daron Joe Garcia.

Angie is survived by her beloved children Bernadine Rodriguez (Albert), Patricio Ulibarri Jr., Isaac Ulibarri Sr. (Deanna), Rebecca Ulibarri (Archie), Allen Ulibarri (Victoria), Adrian Ulibarri; a special niece raised like a daughter Geraldine Lopez (Paul); grandchildren Tino Martinez (Angel), Albert Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez (April), Eric Rodriguez, Stacey Ulibarri, Ivana Ulibarri, Isaac Ulibarri Jr., Alyssa Ulibarri, Archie Garcia Jr., Cruz Garcia, Daijah Ulibarri, Allen Ulibarri Jr. and 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild on the way.  Godchildren Ruby Baca (Hilario), Leroy Martinez (Andrea) and Andrea Garcia; sister-in-law Ursula Duran, nephew Johnny Duran (Lori) and Cory Duran (Jennifer), Toby Talamante (Trudy); nieces Judy Alcali (Cem), Denise Quintana and Angela Vigil (Manuel), as well as many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A public visitation will take place on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at 11:30 am with a Devotional Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 pm in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home in Espanola, NM.  Burial to follow at the Light House Cemetery in Chimayo, NM.

Carrying Angie to her final resting place will be grandsons Tino Martinez, Albert Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez, Archie Garcia Jr., Isaac Ulibarri Jr., and nephew George Martinez.

Honorary Pallbearers will be special grandson Eric Rodriguez and all of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Godson Leroy Martinez, Goddaughters Ruby Baca and Andrea Garcia.
