Andrellita Espinoza

ANDRELLITA ESPINOZA, 86, a resident of El Llano, passed away on Saturday, August 27, 2016 following a lengthy illness. Andrellita was preceded in death by her husband, Dan J. Espinoza; parents, Magarito and Sirila War; daughter, Lupe Espinoza; brother, Alex War, Armando War, Nora and Gusman Maestas; God-son, Matthew Vigil; brothers-in-law, Mike Vigil, and Joe Baca. Andrellita enjoyed cooking for her family. She also enjoyed singing, horseback riding, camping, and loved playing baseball with her children. Mrs. Espinoza is survived by her children; Gabriel Espinoza (Peggy), Angela Ortiz (Steven), Yolanda Herrera (Mel), Art Perez (Tillie); brothers and sisters, Sal War (Maria Elena), Archie War (Isabel), Virginia Vigil, Aurdo War, Margarito War (Ida) and Tony War (Florence); grandchildren,  Janet Garcia, Sandra Garcia, Jesus Espinoza, Nick Espinoza, Megan Espinoza, Steven Ortiz II (Danielle), Daniel Ortiz (fiancé, Bridget), Angel Ortiz, Matthew Herrera, Andy Herrera, Lucas Herrera, great-grandchildren, Julie, Santiago, Steven III, Joseph, Sofia, and other family and friends. Public visitation will begin Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at La Iglesia de Santa Cruz de la Cañada with the burial to follow at the Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers, Steven and Daniel Ortiz, Nick and Jesus Espinoza, Matthew and Andy Herrera, Honorary pallbearers, Lucas Herrera, Steven Ortiz III, Joseph Ortiz and Santiago.
