Alice Gordon

ALICE L. GORDON, a resident of La Mesilla, passed away peacefully at home with her daughters on Friday, November 27, 2015. She was preceded in death by her son, Peter A. Montoya; husbands, Alfonso J. Montoya, Thomas L. Gordon; parents, Martin and Lupita Vigil.  Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you. For I am the LORD your GOD, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior Isaiah 43:1-3. Alice is survived by her daughters, Helen B. Montoya, Pita Montoya, Angela Trujillo; former son-in-law, Anthony Trujillo; grandchildren, James England, Michael Montoya, David and Nicole England, and Alyssa Trujillo; great-grandchildren, Alesis England, Jazlynn Sanchez, Nathan England and Matthew Sanchez; brothers, Ricardo Vigil, Fidel Vigil and wife Lorraine, sisters, Florence Gonzales and husband Don, Connie Maestas, Lucille Acuna, and Suzie Archuleta, and several nieces and nephews. Services are pending at this time and will be posted as soon as they become finalized. The family of Alice L.
