Alfred R. Martinez, December 22, 1966 to March 18, 2011. The world just lost a truly remarkable and unique young man. Alfred (Fred) was loved and cherished by his family and friends. He was one of a kind, one of the best mechanics Santa Fe could ever find. He touched so many hearts without even knowing the impact he left behind. His family and friends will always cherish his humorous, kind, and giving nature. He is preceded in death by his mother, Toni Dominick Martinez; his favorite auntie Frances Dominick Anaya (Cica); a very special and dear friend Tony Montano; Grandparents Pina and Charlie Dominick, Juan and Romie Martinez, Inez Chavez, Jodi Dominick. He is survived by his son Alfred Jr. (George) and companion Crystal Gurule; daughter, Antonia (Tona-Berry); Beloved mother of his children, Michelle Lopez and companion Joseph Uranga; godson, Antonio Ortega Jr.; father, David Martinez; sister, Corrine (Cookie) and husband David Gee; brothers: David A., Mike, Andy, and Ronnie Martinez; nephews: Dominick Gee, Michael Lee Martinez; uncle, Carlos and wife Patsy Anaya and their children, Chanel & Charles; aunt, Rose Mata; cousin, Joe Dominick; special sisters-in-law, Jolene Lopez; in- laws: Steve and Helen Leyva, Joe & Yolanda Lopez, Melissa Lopez and companion Gilbert Mancha, Matthew Gutierrez Jr., Gilbert & Nicole Mancha. Special thanks to Joe and Margaret Bowannie. Alfred will truly be missed and remembered by all his family and numerous friends. Join us to pay the respects to a man that deserves the best of good bye. We love and miss you, till we too walk with the Lord and join you in the kingdom of heaven. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church in Santa Fe, NM. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 25, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Saint Anne’s Catholic Church in Santa Fe with burial to follow at Agua Fria Cemetery in Santa Fe with the following serving as pallbearers: Rudy Abeyta, Tom Ortiz, Johnny Baca, David A. Martinez, Gilbert Mancha, Joe Ortiz, Gilbert Hill, and Vince Chong; honorary pallbearers: Carlos Anaya, Tyrone Martin, Paul Jaramillo, Angelo Valencia, Dominick Gee, Michael Lee Martinez, Matthew Gutierrez Jr., Anthony Ortiz, Dale Bartola, Carlos Quintana. Reception will following at Fraternal Order of Eagles. In lieu of flower the family has opened an account at Century Bank (FBO) under Alfred Martinez in Santa Fe. The family of Alfred R.
