Shane Arguello

SHANE M. ARGUELLO, 30, a resident of Chamisal, passed away on Thursday, May 23, 2019.  Shane was preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him like a son, Abedon and Eliziada Arguello; maternal grandmother, Elviria Lopez, paternal grandparents, Eluid and Eliziada Arguello; Godfather, Gilbert Lopez; cousins, Eric and Benito Ortega. Shane loved the outdoors, he loved hunting fishing and skiing. He had a deep love for all animals. He had a passion for music, farming, welding, working on cars, taking pictures and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.  Shane is survived by his biological mother, Valerie Trujillo (Bill), parents, Benny and Lori Arguello; brother, Dominic Arguello; fiancé, Amy Martinez; nephews, Dominic Jr. and Jacoby Arguello; uncles, Joe Arguello Jr. (LuLu), Ivan Arguello (Allison); Godmother, Esther Lopez; cousins, Joe Arguello III, Azul Arguello, Darice Arguello, Jerold Arguello (Fran), Alex Arguello, Clayton Arguello, Zeek Moyer, Bethany Arguello and Jerold Arguello Jr.; and his beloved dog, Baby. Public Visitation will begin on Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a wake service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Chamisal Upper Cemetery. Honorary pallbearer is Anthony “Nano” Garcia. The family of Shane M.
