Richard Trujillo

RICHARD MARK TRUJILLO, 46, a resident of Abiquiu, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019. Richard was born on August 2, 1972 to Rudy and Theresa Trujillo of Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Trujillo, sister, Jenny Trujillo. Richard was a great outdoors man, his favorite thing to do was going for wood in the mountains at the Mesa. His happiest times spent were at his Cabin. He was an outdoors man, his favorite saying was “Vamos pa la Mesa”. We all will miss his big smile and hugs. Richard is survived by his parents Rudy and Theresa Trujillo; children, Markeeta Trujillo, Richard Jr. and Elizabeth Trujillo; brothers, Arnold Trujillo (Rita), Reies Trujillo (Anita), Robert Trujillo (Crystal); and a very close niece, Andrea Martinez (John). and many nieces and nephews. Public Visitation will begin on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at Victory Faith Church in Espanola, with a devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. also at Victory Faith Church, with a burial to follow at the Trujillo Family Cemetery in Mesa de las Vejas.  The family of Richard Mark Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley. 505-747-7477-www.devargasfuneral.com
