Mario Trujillo

MARIO JOSE TRUJILLO, 34, a resident of Chimayo passed away on Friday, September 4. 2020. Mario was preceded in death by his brother, Santiago Martinez; great-grandparents, Jose and Belen Trujillo, Toribio and Celsa Martinez and Ramon and Frances Padilla; grandfather, Lorenzo Jose Martinez; uncles, Raymond, Carlos, and Tommy Martinez; grandmother, Rosila McCall-Trujillo; best friends, Jesus (Sapo) Martinez and Fabian Velarde.  He is survived by his children, Mario Jr., Kamryn Trujillo and Daijah Martinez; companion, Jenna Ortiz; mother, Dora Martinez; brother, Lucas Trujillo; father, Ernesto Trujillo; grandmother, Tessie Martinez; uncles, Earl and Andrew (Rhonda) Martinez; aunts, Bertha Martinez and Vivian Martinez; his Pitbull dog, Blue; aunts, Cecilia Garcia, June McCall, Vida Lucero, Elizabeth Guinn, Melisa Quintana; uncle, Vernon and Trudy McCall and the rest of the Trujillo family from Abiquiu, as well as the Ortiz family from Chimayo. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Victory Faith Church in Espanola. Burial to follow at the Potrero cemetery in Chimayo with the following serving the family as pallbearers, Jesse Rohrs, Jamie Rohrs, Monte Gutierrez, Alex Gomez, Ivan Moya, Earl Martinez, Jesse Moya, Nikki Valdez, Isaac Martinez, Trina Griego, Kenneth Wheeler, and Kane Dominguez. Honorary pallbearers will be his brother, Lucas Trujillo and his children.
