JAY K. SANCHEZ, 60, a resident of El Llano, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. He was preceded in death by his mother, Felecita Valdez; father, Jay Sanchez, Sr.; brother, Joseph “Finiano" Moya; sister, Marie B. Sanchez and nephew, Miguel Valdez. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his daughter, Monique Dominguez whom he loved dearly; grandchildren, Naval Officer Vincent Salazar, Miralynn, Mya and Mercedes all of San Diego and Dylon of Salt Lake City; sisters, Valerie Lozano of Rio Rancho and Lana Garcia of Velarde; nephews, Derek Salazar of Albuquerque, Andrew Salazar of Velarde and Anthony Solarez; nieces, Bernadette Salazar of San Jose, CA and Rhonda Moya of Las Vegas, Nevada and great-nephew, Ryan Salazar close family members, Vicky and Sophie Garcia of Abiquiu and Robert Garcia of Abiquiu; close cousins, Debbie Jacquez, Elaine and Evelyn Moya.  We would like to give thanks to Jays extended family who showed him kindness in his time of need.
