Dennis Sherwood

DENNIS LEE SHERWOOD, 59, a resident of Cuarteles, formerly of Chimayo, passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2019.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mabel Sherwood; siblings, Faustino Gilbert Sherwood; nephews, Robert Trujillo, and Kevin Romero.  Dennis is survived by his siblings, Erma Montoya (Charlie), Carlos Sherwood, Judith Sherwood, Corrine Martinez (Jerry), Albert Sherwood, Leroy Sherwood, Debbie Sherwood, Della Sherwood, Wayne Sherwood, Patty Sherwood, Yolanda Sherwood (Jeremiah), Sammy Sherwood, and Mikey Sherwood and all of his nieces, nephews, family and friends. Public visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday April 6, 2019 in the Sangre De Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home with Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 p.m.  Burial will take place at the Chimayo Presbyterian Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers are Urban, Quintana, Keith Romero, Theodore A. Pacheco, Jerry Martinez, Christian Madrid Sherwood and Casey Montoya IIII.
