Cynthia Trujillo

CYNTHIA J. TRUJILLO, 47, a resident of Chimayo, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.  Ms. Trujillo was a former worker of Los Alamos National Laboratory, taught catechism at Holy Family Parish in Chimayo for several years. Was a former dispatcher for the Chimayo Fire Department.  She was preceded in death by her father, Amarante Johnny Trujillo; sister, Tracy Trujillo; Grandma Genoveva Garcia and Grandpas Amarante Trujillo Sr., and Ruben Garcia; uncles and aunts, Bonafacio Trujillo, Sr., Tommie Martinez, Henry Trujillo Sr., Charlie Trujillo Sr., infant aunt, Rita Tomasita Trujillo; Ruben Garcia and Modesto Johnny Garcia. cousin, Gilbert Trujillo, Jr.; Ms. Trujillo is survived by her loving and devoted sons and godson Francisco Trujillo(Isabel Rivera), Alexander Trujillo(Ashley Romero) and Joseph Trujillo; Grandchildren AJ Trujillo, Aliyah Martinez; Grandma Isabel Trujillo, mother Gevei P. Trujillo; and Brother, Johnny Trujillo, Jr. and wife Darlene, Sister Melissa (Lisa) Trujillo/Martin Jimenez, Brother Harold Trujillo and wife Diane and Sister Yvette Trujillo/Manuel Ortiz; Aunts and Uncles; Teresa Naranjo and husband Dennis, Gilbert Trujillo and wife Sally, Mary Trujillo, Richard Trujillo and wife Josefita, Ruben Trujillo, Sr. and wife Lydia; Barbara Trujillo and Priscilla Rocha; Percy Martinez, Frank Garcia Sr., Joe Ralph Garcia, Albert Garcia close great aunts , Baudilia Martinez and husband Gilbert and family and Mary Martinez and family; Newphews and Nieces Raymond Rodriguez, Vanessa Trujillo, Johnny Trujillo, Jr., Madalene Trujillo, Rosie Martinez and April Martinez, Hope Trujillo, Harold Trujillo, Jr.,; great-nieces and nephews, Savanna Rodriguez, Analysa Trujillo and Richie Trujillo, Jr. and very close and loving friends and cousins Patsy Martinez, Priscilla Trujillo, Cyndee Fresquez, Mary Alice Garcia, Veronica and Valerie Trujillo, all cousins and numerous other loving relatives and friends.  Serving as Honorary pallbearers, Joseph Trujillo, AJ Trujillo, Johnny Jr. Trujillo, Elmer Martinez, Ruben Jr. Trujillo, Charles Trujillo, James Vigil and David DeAguero. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A second rosary will be recited on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, with a Memorial mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be held at El Potrero Cemetery.
